Remote Assistance

We are here to assist you remotely!  Please follow the instructions below…

  1. Download the TeamViewer desktop application:
  2. You will be prompted to download a small .zip file which contains the application.
  3. Open the .zip file and run the “TeamViewer QuickSupport” app.
  4. After the app opens, an email will be sent to us and we will be invited to connect to your session.  You may edit the “name” and “description” fields if you wish.
  5. Give Longmont Computer a call at 720-600-8169.
  6. Once connected, you will see our session starting and remote control.  You may close the app at any time, or at the end of our session.  Cheers!
